In 2008, Jennifer crossed the Montana state line with a U-haul from Nebraska. Never having visited the state, she was fulfilling a lifelong dream of living in the mountains. Within a few months she knew she was home to stay. After over a decade in the hospitality and service industry, she returned to nursing school at Montana State University. Blending a career of hospitality with a dash of her love for science and a large dose of outdoor adventures was the perfect fit. For the last five years she has worked in rural health care, deepening her love for the community and helping identify the needs of nursing care for rural communities. In 2020, she joined forces with longtime friend and coworker to create Alpenglow Concierge Nursing.
Jacy
Registered Nurse
I’m Jacy! Montana born and raised. I grew up on a ranch in Townsend, where I spent my childhood playing sports, loving my animals, and being very active in 4-H. After graduating high school, I attended MSU-Northern in Havre, MT on a women’s basketball scholarship. I played for four years and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion. My plan was to pursue PT school, but during my senior year of college, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and through witnessing her journey and the exemplary health care she received, I was inspired to apply to the nursing program at Northern. I was accepted and studied in Havre for two more years, while helping coach the women’s basketball team. After graduating college, I moved to Great Falls and accepted my first nursing job at Benefis on the oncology/med-surg floor in July of 2020. I spent a year there, then I decided to move to Ennis to be closer to my boyfriend at the time, who is now my husband, and my family in Townsend. I’ve lived here for almost two years now. I work as an RN part time at Madison Valley Medical Center and my husband is a 5th grade teacher, Athletic Director, and coaches the high school girls’ basketball team. We have a 9 month old daughter, Jules, who is the light of our lives! We’re very blessed to be a part of this community and I’m so excited to serve the people of Ennis and surrounding areas through Alpenglow Concierge Nursing!
Kiley
Owner/Registered Nurse
Since I started working in the medical field in 2003, I knew I was right where I needed to be and was one of those fortunate few people that had found my calling. As a nurse there is no bigger privilege or reward than helping someone navigate through their times of crisis, uncertainty and pain. Being raised on a ranch in rural Montana prepared me quite well for the ingenuity and navigation that is needed to guide people through these moments in life along with a passion for the issues and challenger that are faced in rural Montana. Alpenglow Concierge Nursing was born of this passion and the necessity for the healthcare needs of Montana people, visiting or resident alike. My vision is to blur the lines between luxury, hospitality, the outdoors and health and wellness care. We like to call it Adventure Care here at Alpenglow.
Quinta
Registered Nurse
Quinta has worked in the health care industry for over 10 years. Though she received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and worked within the Agency for Health Care Administration, she quickly realized her calling was not to be behind a desk. She was meant to be of service to others and her experiences, strengths, and passions were best suited for direct patient interaction. Quinta started her nursing career working with Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients. Her desire and purpose are for every patient to feel seen, heard, and cared about and enjoys listening to their stories, cushioning their sorrows, and celebrating their joys in their most vulnerable times. Her love for family, friends, and community above all led her to rural health where she has worked for the past five years. Born in Cameroon, West Africa and raised in a small town, working in rural health and calling Ennis, Montana home was a no brainer; it was destined.
When not taking care of patients Quinta enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling and experiencing new adventures, and of course does not miss a chance to enjoy all the beauty Montana has to offer through outdoor activities.
